999c Terms and Conditions

999c (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online entertainment and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999c and its users ("User", "you", "Player").

1.1 Definitions

• Platform — refers to the 999c website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• Account — refers to a user's personal account registered on the Platform.
• Balance — refers to the amount of money held in a user's account.
• Bonus Funds — refers to additional balance provided for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• Turnover / Wagering Requirement — refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• KYC — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all activities related to the Platform — from account registration to playing games, financial transactions, receiving bonuses, and using customer support. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also incorporated alongside these Terms.

2.1 Registration Process

To access services on the 999c platform, creating a personal account is required. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. We reserve the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Having more than one account for the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform may request KYC verification before processing a withdrawal or when a specified amount is exceeded. This may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Eligibility Conditions

To use the Platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
• Use of the Platform must be lawful under the laws of your location.
• You must use the Platform voluntarily and with full mental capacity.

3.2 Self-Exclusion List

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to add funds to your account on the 999c platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods used for deposits can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be registered in the same person's name.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is completed.
• We reserve the right to hold a withdrawal until an investigation is completed if fraud is suspected.

4.4 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Charges from the mobile banking provider may apply; 999c is not responsible for these.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at 999c, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳18,000 adds a bonus of ৳10,000 (upon reaching the maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period and conditions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Playing with bonus funds using minimal-risk strategies (e.g. placing opposite bets at the same time) is prohibited.

5.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

The 999c VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). VIP tier progression depends on player activity. The Platform reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 Gaming Decisions and Results

The outcome of all games on the 999c platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play and impartiality. We reserve the right to cancel a round if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical fault in the game software.

6.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the round in progress will be completed automatically and the result will be recorded. In the event of any dispute regarding this, the server log will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum and minimum bet limits are set for each game. If the applicable maximum bet limit is exceeded while playing with bonus balance, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999c platform:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or playing using another person's funds.
• Manipulating the bonus system to gain an advantage (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other players or staff.
• Chargeback fraud — filing a complaint with your bank against a genuine transaction.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or game results.

8.1 Platform Rights

999c may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Upon instruction from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

A user may close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing. Contact us via live chat or email to request account closure.

The 999c platform strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service, however the Platform holds no liability for the following:

• Service disruption due to technical issues, server outages, or internet connection problems.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes.
• Force majeure events — service unavailability due to natural disasters, government directives, or similar circumstances.

In any situation, 999c's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
